Add XML note - Neuron Agent API

Overview

Adds an XML note to a token.

POST /Agent/Tokens/AddXmlNote

Requires a valid JWT bearer token.

Parameter	Description
PTokenId	ID of token.
PNote	XML note to add.
PPersonal	If the note is personal or not. Personal notes are deleted when the token changes owner.
