The Agent API is currently versioned by documentation and behavior updates rather than explicit URL versioning.

Compatibility expectations

  • Backward-compatible changes should not break existing integrations.
  • Deprecations should be announced ahead of time.
  • If breaking changes are introduced, a new version should be documented.

Recommendation

If you run a production integration, pin your behavior to the documented version and track release notes from your Neuron operator.
